Where'd you get that Lian Li 3x5.25" 120mm fan intake bay?

I think you ziptied the bottom blue LED fan...how'd you attach that black 120mm on top (behind the 5.25" bays)? It looks like you screwed it in...but to what? This case is seriously lacking airflow for me.
