I just reinstalled linux, and I downloaded F@h's latest version for linux. I tried ./fah6 -smp 16, but it is only running on one core. I am going to let it finish the packet it is running, then try to figure out why it isn't using the other cores.

Don't forget to get a passkey from here if you haven't already: Folding@Home

And you'll need to add the -bigadv flag as well, once you've figured out how to get SMP running properly.

Thanks. Yes it has run stable for 221260 FAH points. I just shut it down from FAH so that I could finish the case yesterday, and placed an order for additional parts last friday.

I haven't started developing anything, and I maybe moving soon. So, it maybe some time before I have a product to deploy on it.
