Don't rma yet. Could be that your psu is like Babrbarossa's. It needs to be under load while you jump psu. IE you need to hook up a couple of fans along with your pump to draw enough amps to get the psu to start. I know strange....but true Some psu's act that way...some don't.

did you verify the position of the 12V pins on the plug?

Seems to me that there was a post here quite a while ago about the pins on the plug being backwards or something like that... compare it to the 12V pins on a fan to ensure that they're wired right.

Yup even popped them out with my pin remover and pluged them into 3 different molexs to be sure they were getting a connection.

I've calmed now .....Well guess I dont have to worry about picking up COD4 on release day.

Silver lining in everything I guess.

I also had my $150 x-mass present from the wife, work radio boom box crushed today so you can see how it's been. ;)

Steve this one was like that had to reorient them, IDK if the other one was as it wouldnt push coolent either way. Had my heart pumping for a few seconds thought when it didnt start, WTF, ahhhh yeslisten to Willy;)

Kindda a sidenote that i dint realize but I should have turned the pump's RPM down I think it would get rid of the air alot better that full. lol
All a learning curve I guess.
