My System Specs

Default My CM 690 II along with my new i7

Well i recently got my new i7 (upgrading from an E8400) and finished my upgrade yesterday.. Worked on the cables for a while but am not really happy with the way they came out lol. Back cover barely fits on... Anyway. What do you rate them? Criticism and suggestions is GREATLY appreciated.

^^^^ +1....backside is a real "mess"...other than that the rest of it looks really good..nice job!

Try and set up the "backside cabling" so that if you wanted to change out a Drive or Fan you could go straight to the right connection..no hunting n tracing ;)

The most important thing will be to have look at the sata cable and especially the power one of the drive it look from the pics, that can cause problem when he gone put the cover . will strongly suggest to find 90 degrees one . I don't care to much at the cable management, as long as it secure and do not obstruct the Flow, pretty hard to do with the sata cable now

That's actually pretty good for all those cables. Looks like you're even using some extensions on the motherboard 24pin connector. That's really bulky. Try twist-tying them together before organizing them. You may find even more room back there, and you can use the entire space. Loks like there's some more room behind the hard drives there for bulky cables.

Yikes ... that is pretty crazy, but I remember your pain. Not having a modular PSU really does suck. Looks good otherwise!
