I haven't had any problems with mine and I've had it for almost a year on a system thats on pretty much 24/7.

Clean looking system Kovok. Really nice. I will probably pick up a 690 II Ad. for my second system. Did you get better temps with the 690 II over your previous cases?

Not really, because I just came from a cramped Antec 300 that was modded to have a fan on the bottom right under the GPU. This case has that option though, 2 fans there even, but I just don't have them yet to try. It does get rid of hot air faster though, that's for sure.

I really want to put a window in my case too, I hate side panel fans soooo much. I just need to get some U-Channel here in Canada for cheap. I'd buy it in the US but shipping kills.

I see. Haha side panel fans do help with temps :D

Cooler Master is bringing out a window side panel for this case soon, aren't they?

Yeah it's ugly though. It's in the case manual. I'd want something that takes up most of the side panel, and sort of keeping wit the shape of the case. That would look much better.

With just one fan in use on your cpu heatsink wouldn't it be better to install it in a pushing manner since the case fan would do the "pulling"? Think you would get better temps too that way. I like hardware monitor.

Well the reason I have it how it is is because of the ram I was going to buy. The ram sinks would have been in the way of the cpu fan. However, I got some ram without the tall sinks so I suppose I could swap the fan over. It already idles at 20c, I'm curious to see what it can do now... Oh I also re-locked the 2 "defective" cores so I can overclock higher.

Idle temps would be the same but at load maybe a little less. But if you OC it would help big time.

I'm going to start looking into making a window on it. I just need to find out if I can get that U-Channel and spare side panels if I mess this one up. I'll update with pics when I've made some progress, and maybe post a how-to in the work-logs area.
