Man water blocks sure were ugly back in the day. Pretty much all of them were until Cathar's G4/G5.

It's a MCW462. Got it used sometime around 2003? I had to make the bracket to fit it onto the S754/939, which was pretty easy actually. I bet some of the newer blocks would be a good 3 to 5 degrees cooler than this old one if I used it today though.

I think it would be a great deal more than 3 to 5 degrees compared to todays blocks. Even a Swiftech Storm does a horrible job w/ current processors. And it was a top notch block not all that long ago.
