That would for sure complete the build, 1200 ain't a terrible case, but it's got nothing on that new corsair.

Looks like you got a gem for a chip, over 3.8GHz at only 1.20v? Nice... Do you have HT on?

Yep HT is on, and Turbo

I was hoping for 4ghz but i think the 12gb is holding me back some... and im not willing to crank up the CPU voltages for just a bit more performance
