Apparently you took the nice weather with yah....We had a major thunderstorm last night , power was out for hours , there's broken trees down all over our area , the neighbors car got smoked by a 30 foot branch....

Nice weather followed me all the way to Montreal, but after landing we got hit by a nasty storm... water everywhere on the highway, major accidents too.

Yeah John.. We also had a major hail storm, and apparently neighbor's car got broken in, by hail off course, his windshield got broken.

That was a hell of a strom, I thought the trees outside were coming down for sure but luckily there was no damage.

Yeah, my place got a ton of wind last night (north of SAIT) and I thought I might have to go for shelter in the basement :P

Tons of lightning, which was awesome, but also rain + open windows.

i think we got hit pretty hard on sat and sun... I know sat knocked out part of our mostly dead weeping willow out back *broke into a few decent enough sized pieces for walking sticks for about my height* dunno about last night's storm though, it didnt hit until late at night down here

Good to see it was mostly a success. I thought bout this during the vacation, and wondered how it went. Also good to see everyone survived.

Looking forward to seeing what the issue was. A cutting-edge project like this is full of risks!

You are totally right about the risks.

Considering all the things that could have gone wrong , I was not prepared to have the computer not work....I will admit , just before lunch , I was pissed off.

Pizza+Beer+Enthusiastic friends , fixed that tho .....Everybody chipped in , and we got down to doing what we could.We learned a lot and had some fun.

I'll be going into the rundown of the tests that happened and whatnot in my worklog thread , we'll keep this thread just for pics ....
