i hope it works, i have a friend that gave me a videocard because it had some similar problems. I'd love to be able to fix it and get it working again.

It does work, I picked up a faulty 8800GTX, plugged it into my machine, and the screen was so screwed from artifacts, lines, boxes, specks the works. I put it in the oven at 385 for about 9-10 mins, after that I had it running in my main machine for over a week, only had 3 small temporary and effectively insignificant glitches. Even OC'd it to Ultra speed, worked great! Not bad for a 40$ pickup.

OKAY! So I tried it out after 385C... FAIL. Kind of dissapointed that it didnt work Anyways, I ripped it apart again and re-did it at 425C - and forgot it was in the oven

For once I am greatful my girlfriend has been paying attention to what I do and she took it out after 7 minutes. By the time I realised I forgot, it was cooled down and good. (I forgot about it for over two hours)

After a good re-firing at 425C I put everything back on. Used some Arctic Ceramique paste (not quite AS5, but sure beats the 'thermal tape' the cooler comes with) and fired it up.

WHATS THIS!?!?!?! Windows loaded! Time to do some testing. I ran my WoW sign in page for 24-hours (out of play-time to log in), ran ATITool for a few, and Prime 95 for six hours. Guess what It worked! Flawlessly. Runs Cool.

To bad I didnt get any pictures of the re-bake, although, nothing would of changed from my last pictures lol. See you all later
