Yeah pretty much all the lots in this Hood are between 1/4 - 1/2 acres....the really nice ones ($$$) are along the other side of the Road (They're Waterfront with view over Denman Island and Mainland Coastal mountains (Powell River)..
The ole Raidmax is my 2nd rig...
