Okay, thank you

So I went to get some powder coating done on the case, I tried before to get prices, but they wanted to see it first~
So bring the case in, and the bastards quoted me $400.00 to powder coat the frame black, grrrrr. Took it to a couple different company's around here, and they where all $350-$500. man what a rip off. I talked to a buddy of mine that does custom cars and he was telling me that Edmonton is the biggest rip off for powder coating anywhere in Canada!

Well guess i gotta pick up some paint grrrrrrrrr

powder isnt cheap to do, the cost of the ovens is mostly what you pay for, if you have a large enough oven to do it yourself, it isnt difficult, but its a matter of needing to have a large enough oven that can get to a high enough temperature (I have a friend who's a pro painter also)

The HX520W should have plenty of power for your rig.

be very careful with painting the case yourself!

if you dont use the right kind of paint, and if you dont do it correctly (which takes a lot of time) the paint can, and will chip/peel off. Not only will it look ugly, but do you really want paint chips falling onto your hardware and heating up? Could cause major problems.

Honestly, if you want a black frame, go with one of these 3 cases

Antec Nine Hundred Two - Newegg.com - Antec Nine Hundred Two Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case - Computer Cases
Coolermaster Storm Scout - Newegg.com - COOLER MASTER Storm Scout SGC-2000-KKN1-GP Black Steel / Plastic ATX Mid Tower Computer Case - Computer Cases
NZXT Beta - Newegg.com - NZXT Beta Series CS-NT-BETA-B Black Steel / Plastic ATX Mid Tower Computer Case - Computer Cases

they already have an all black interior. The antec and CM both have a window to show it off. The NZXT one you would have to mod yourself. All 3 cases offer cable management holes and lots of room behind the mobo tray.

I just picked up the storm scout for myself, and i LOVE it. check out some of the video reviews on these cases.

How much did you spend on the case you picked up? If i were you, id return it and use the money on one of these. Personally I can recommend the storm scout, but if you want to save some money the Beta is only $40 right now. If you have a little more money to play with the antec is the most expensive of the 3. The Scout is prolly the best bang for your buck tho

Lots of people have painted their cases and have had no problems. Keep the case, its a nice case. If you are actually really worried about it, take it in to get powder coated.

I've painted the cosmos S, it's EASY to paint the inside on that thing!

No go. Res has to be higher than pump inlet. And I would try to setup the rad with the barbs out back, closer to the CPU block. Less tubing than way.
