OK I stuffed this thing with all the hardware it's gonna get for the next while.

I got very lazy because:
A. I'm currently living in a condo
B. In order to drill holes I'd have to take the stuff over to my parent's and work in a cold garage
C. I wanted to get the parts up and running so I can shuffle parts around to finish my Q08
D. Too lazy to find a powdercoater downtown

lol you mounted the rad with foam? I'm gonna say, thats actually a very good idea. Gets rid of the fan Vibration, plus no need for hammond boxes.
I might do the same.... if I can find a way to get this damn velcro off the bottom of mine :S lol

If you look carefully at my TJ-07 build log, you'll see that I used some Petra's Gel Stuff to wedge my rad in on top of the Hammond boxes. My rig makes enough changes that I didn't want the rad welded down.

The foam was there just to prop it up so the height roughly matched the vents... but then I realized I could stuff it all around so the rad won't move!
It's about 1" thick, don't know where it came from... I just had it in my box of random stuff :D

I was thinking of Hammond boxes or DVD cases, but can't beat finding something cheap that works!

One more hardware change, I added an EVGA USB3.0 PCI-E 1x card.

Excuse the size of these images:
