Move PSU to Bottom of Case?

I have my first case, a CM Centurion 5, sitting in my garage that I have been meaning to try modding on.

However, one of the things I'd like to do, if at all feasible, would be to mod the mobo panel so that the PSU can sit on the bottom of the case, instead of on top.

Has anyone tried this before or have any idea how it could be done?

I know I could just cut some fan holes, but that's hardly a mod.

But I have to put my HDD's there.

And that just makes everything else a pain in the butt

The suggestion to cut the bottom HDD cage is about all I could think of too. Not many options because the holes for the standoffs mean you need to cut the whole case and move it around. If you mount the PSU in the front where a HDD cage would be, you could still mount HDs above the PSU in the 5 1/4 bays with some 3 1/2 converters or some other modding. I have seen some mods with the PSU in the front, if I remember where I will link the pics or what have you.
