not sure what you mean by "delta" but if your refering to the fan i used it's actually a papst industrial fan :).

For coolant. well my friends dad works for health canada. so i got some free double di-ionized filtered water with some water wetter :) i still have around 9 gallons of the water left.

Thank you for the comments, here's the suprising thing i didn't use my dremel once for this whole project.

tools used

Aviation Tin Snips (if you don't have a pair, get some NOW)
1" Bi Metal Hole Saw
Slow RPM hi Torque drill

"Delta" as in the change from one point to another.......

The thing I like most about WC is going from load temps to idle temps in less than a minute.... :)

Logic suggests that you'd be wicking away heat at a faster pace so your temps should go down.

ok so it's been running for a week now (no leaks, YAAAAAAAY)

i am VERY impressed with the fuzion and the tyee. and for those who think that rad is to small. put it this way i just finished playing act of war for 6+ hrs. GPU temp around 39-41 a couple of seconds later it dips down to 37 instead of around 85-90 on the stock cooler.

Those are nice temps, but you have a Opty and X1900 so you dont really have to worry, with a thermochill 1x120mm rad and a high cmf fan, you should be just fine.
When you break out the quad or C2D's and 8800's, is when your temps sky rocket.

i know my opty is pretty decent for generating heat but considering my old idle and load temps on the x1900xt it is pretty impressive how well it cools it.
