Looking good, the dual/triple combo is plenty. Now, the only block/pump that I know of is the Swiftech model, the Apogee Drive which has 3/8" fittings. You could plumb your loop using 3/8 tubing (that's what I only use). Then your setup would work quite nicely, with quad-redundant pumps. With such a setup, you could easily cool the NB and chipset chips too.

The NB and chipset are very... very badly located. As in, theyre both going to be partially UNDER the GTX295... I was thinking HR-05/SLIs for those two.... And 3/8 fittings... wouldnt that offer some constriction? And does the appogee drive fit on 1207 with 3.5 mounting pitch?

Just checked... the only apogee drives I can find online at @ ebay for $110 USD each... It would be far cheaper to air cooling if thats the best price i can get for them...

The Apogee™ Drive is compatible with the following processors:
  • Socket 775 (Pentium® 4, Core Duo, Core 2 Duo, Extreme
  • Socket 754, 939, 940 (AMD® 64 bit processors)
  • Socket AM2 (AMD® 64 bit processors)
  • Socket F (AMD®)
You mean restriction? Definitely not with 4 pumps, and even with dual MCP-355s it would not be an issue. I will never use 1/2" tubing again: not heat dump advantage, hard to bend, and takes so much space.

Do you still have the link for your board?

Air cooling will always be cheaper. But remember that for 110$, you have both the pump and block. The Apogee and MCP-355 are ~70$ each.

LOL @ my attempt at a watercooling setup.

The problem with Aircooling though is the spacing... look how close the CPU3 is the PCI-e16 slot, or how close CPU1 + CPU2 are to eachother.... Or even how close CPU4 would be to the top of the case... very very little room there...

You got the drift very rapidly to setup a loop. That would work. Even dual duals would be fine, and cheaper.

Now, for the Air cooling, fitting tower HSFs will be tricky. All 4 would have to be installed vertically.
