Mind if I ask why you install windows with only one cpu then add the others in? ( I have NO experience with multi cpu systems).

Yes... it is blocking the bottom PCIe-x16 slot... So much for "SLI" heatsinks, lol. In the future If/when I decide to go Quad SLI with a second GTX295, I'll deal with it then . Only problem is, the first GTX295 goes directly over both the NB and the IO55 Chips, dont know of too many other ways (at the moment) to cool them Other than HR-05s... "We'll cross that bridge when we come to it..." lol.

@Encorp: I've used quite a few dual-socket systems in the past that couldn't care less about how many processors you install after Windows is installed. It's the same processor, the driver is already loaded, I see no issues with installing the other 3 CPUs when the Final cooling system is arranged - so I might as well install Windows soon .

That sir...is just one wild build.
Sometimes makes me wish I had the funds to pull something like that off.

Good Luck on it, as always looking forward to more!

Hmm... You seem to be missing about 120 GB of RAM.

Looks like you have some competition

Quad CPU platforms seem oddly popular all of a sudden...

Just a little update:

I've been in contact with Coolit regularly about my project and may have (finally) found the second necessary Freezone Elite thanks to Nademon! It'll probably take a week or so to have the Elites modded and returned to me so hopefully within two weeks I'll be posting final build pictures and some prelim benchmarks!

PS:
Couldnt help myself... I just used one of the last bits of my budget to grab 4x Seagate 500Gb 7200.12 drives... Can anyone say a short-stroked Raid 0 @ 200Gb? Let's see how well they can perform as compared to the over-priced Intel SSDs (I got the Seagates for about $200 after Price Matching). Let's see how well my handy LSI SAS controller performs!
