No I never stopped, I never even stopped thinking about this project for a second... I was dealt some delays and that gave me a change to focus on real life for a while.

Shipping fees for Aquatuning were
German Post (Dispatch to CAN: (1 x 6.2688 kg)) + Logistics fee: 63.35

No kidding! I'd bet I've spent more on shipping for this project than most people spend on entire enthusiast systems... *sigh*

In the spirit of the 'RealRedRaider forums' overkill style that I've come to love and appreciate I've decided to step up my fans, and with them my fan controller...

I emailed Sidewinders for a quote on the below just a few moments ago:

The thermal material and cleaner is for another unrelated project.

[edit]: I revised my order - swapped the AFB1212SHE fans for AFB1212GHE models instead (the difference between the two is 151.85 vs 240.96cfm)[/edit]

Oh boy, you are sick, you know that? Those things are going to kill your eardrums. Hell, even more than that, you're going to need 216 WATTS of power just to start up all 6 of those fans, and then another 180 watts to run them.

Also, I hope you invested in some fan grills. Wouldn't want you to lose a finger now.

Isn't the fan controller rated @ 49W overall? Or is it 49W per channel?
