Depends on how much time you have on your hands.... :)

Knowing for sure that the CPU OC is prime stable will point you directly to mem timings if it becomes unstable as you raise the mem divider.

I was thinking once I get the mem divider to 3/04 which at my goal of 270 FSB will set my memory to 192MHz. In theory should my memory still be able to run at stock timing of 2-3-2-5?

Should be fine, but keep in mind that once you OC all bets are off as to what will and won't work well together.

Don't forget to keep your HTT (or is that HT? been a while since I played with A64s :) ) between 800 & 1000. As you go past HT of 250 you'll want to drop the multiplier down to 3.

Drop the HTT multiplier or CPU multiplier?

HTT multiplier.

It works in conjunction with the HT (FSB) so your current setting of a 4 multiplier gives you 800 at stock (4 X 200). Once you get up to 250 - 260 you should drop the multi down to keep total HTT below 1000.

250 - 260 is a bit of a gray area as the 3X doesn't quite get you to 800 (3 X 260 = 780) but I always had better luck being a bit low rather than being a bit high.

It doesn't have much affect on performance, but can have a huge affect on stability.

So in theory my final BIOS settings I should strive for.

FSB: 270
CPU Multi: 10x
HTT Mutli: 3x (810)
Mem Divider: 3/04
Mem Freq: 192MHz

I suspect that a 9 multi with higher HT might bring your mem closer to what it can run at, but what you've got for a plan is certainly a good starting point that you can try different combos from.

Doing some calculating if I lower my CPU multi to 9 try to increase the FSB to 300 would give me 2700 MHz CPU speed and using the 3/4 mem divider would set my mem freq to 200 Mhz and my HTT x3 would be 900

That sounds like it would be my best option for everything to meet their optimal settings.
