thats a really nice case but i would be even better if it was all black inside simillar to the 1200.

It's no problem mounting the rad at the top of the case. It might take a bit more moving and turning of the case to get all the bubbles out, but should be no problem. And as long as you test out all the components before hand, it is very unlikely you'll get a leak.
