I'm actually planning on gettng my pilots license soon. My dad's a pilot, my uncles a pilot, my grandfather was a pilot... it's in my blood! (I could fly down, standby would cost about $75 return..... but I don;t think I would be able to get the computer on...no bag big enough....)

I'm a commercial pilot and also a aircraft mechanic engineer , buying a aircraft in the next few mths hmm, could come and pick you up if all goes well. I always wanted to go to one of these LAN parties, and have a good time.

Looking at a Cessna 172, thought of a tri pacer as well.
and no there not cheap, lowest for cessna is 40K, but tri pacer is only 15K, but I need to put it together, since its all in peace's need's to be refab.

But if I do get the 172,(has the 180HP eng) I could come by, I like doing cross country flight's.

Be cool to go to this LAN party with my PC.

That would be awesome! 172 is a nice plane. Heck it is an investment. It will just go up in value. You could even rent it out to your local flight school probably. Make some cash when you are not using it! If you do get it, my machine is almost as heavy as a large person hehe
