Unfortunately, Facebook is the easiest medium to use for organizing something like this.
You must "RSVP Attending" on the Facebook event. It is free, however we want to ensure there isn't too many people coming all at once. Once we get a better idea of how many people plan on attending, we can schedule different time slots for people or whatever need be to make this work. Another plus to it being on Facebook is that we can easily and quickly update all the attendees!
