just thought i would mention this but this weeks canadian tire flyer has 72x30 folding resin tables on sale for $40 instead of the regular 65. My parent's have a couple of these and they are pretty decent.

I wonder how much weight they can handle. My rig is about 50-60 lbs itself.

why not just put your rig on the floor and the monitor on the table.

$20 a head sounds pretty decent to me! We need to start locking people in, I think I have at least 1 other buddy who will be interested in attending. Has to be after the 3rd of August though, I'm gonna be gone for a while soon.

Well once we have a number of people interested we can then get info together on which dates we could book the place for. It's like I said I know the owner personally so it's no big deal. We would have to book ahead of time anyway because it is usually booked about a month in advance and sometimes more. So we would have to plan a month or so from now anyway. Once we can have enough people and decided on dates then we can collect the money and book the date. This way you don't have people backing out last minute leaving others pinched for the money. Also if plans change for someone at the last minute it would be up to them to sell their seat at the LAN party and get their money back that way. Once the date is booked and the venue is paid for then that is it.
