soooo...

Is anyone from here going to this?

If so, please let me know as I've run into some car trouble and could really use a ride up there. I'm in High Park (Toronto) and will more than compensate you for gas and time.

Thanks!!!

I'm going heading from London, Ontario (well actually Tillsonburg, Ontario),

Depending where you are I might be able to come back and get you after I drop a few people and some stuff off what time do you have to be there?

Default Lanapalooza 6

That's right folks! The dates for the next LARGE SCALE LAN have been booked! Here's all the info so far, we will keep you updated as new developments arise.

Warcraft DoTA

$30 - for prepay online via paypal (closes june 4th at 5pm, no exceptions!)
$40 - at the door
Free for girls and fathers of attending gamers.

1 v 1 $20 Buy in

TF2
$120/6 player team = $20/player

Warcraft DoTA
$20/player

Free Tournaments - Hardware Prizes Only
CS Source - GUNGAME
Giant Screen Wii Tourney (game undecided as of yet)
Quake Live
More to come!

June 20th you say?? Why that's fathers day! It's a good thing a lot of dads like games too, this is why we would like to invite any dads who come with their sons/daughters to get into the event and play completely free! This LAN is father friendly!!
WHO WANTS TO HELP??

If you arrive on Friday morning early you will be lucky enough to have the chance to help us setup! As payment you will recieve a reduced entrance fee of only $20, and as a bonus if you stay and help clean up at the end of the event, you will get that $20 back! WOW! We are also looking for event staff, server admins and referees. Please drop us a line if your interested in helping and to find out more.

What will we eat?
As always we will have Pizzaville hot and ready throughout the entire tournament and the energy drinks will flow like water. Bawls, Rockstar, Monster, and Redbull are on the menu. We are looking into possible catering for the event and will post info as it becomes available.

Where can we sleep?
Due to the large space we have available, a small tent would be the most private way to rest up and is completely acceptable. Most people just bring an air mattress and a sleeping bag, then sleep near or at (or under) their desk, which is just fine as well. If you leave with any hardware between the hours of 11pm to 8am you MUST check out with a staff member and your outgoing hardware will be logged. There will be an active camera and DVR system keeping watch over the entire event this year so keep in mind that any actions you take while at the event are being recorded.

Well that pretty much wraps it up for now, we will keep you posted as our event shapes up.
