WTB: Dual LGA771 motherboard

Looking for a dual LGA771 motherboard for Xeon 5000-series CPUs... I've got some fairly specific requirements though:

Slot position #6 must be PCIe (8x or 16x physical with at least 8x link)
Must have at least one more PCIe (8x or 16x physical with at least 8x link) in slot #4 or #5
Dual gigabit Ethernet
mATX/ATX/EATX form factor (preferring the first two to the last)

FB-DIMM support and onboard video are real bonuses, but not requirements. Everything else doesn't matter much. Will consider any serious offers, including used, tested server pulls, and new. Heat under djbon2112.
