Default

If you just want the data off the disk and you have any kind of desktop PC you should only need the drive and the right cable with the old fashioned connector. Even most of the most modern mainboards still support old floppies. If you are in the TO area you could see if Above All Electronics Surplus is still open. They used to have all kinds of stock of ancient components and cables.

Default can give you what you need

I've got some old pcs with these. I can ship you a drive and cable or a whole machine. I'm at P9N 2N3 - you pay cost of shipping only.
