WTB X38 mobo right now (or DFI LT X38-T2R)

FOUND A DFI LT X48-T2R. Thread done.

I need a mobo that has the X38 chipset (I might consider others, see specs below). It must support the following:

6 or more SATA ports
2 or more PCI-E x16 2.0
RAID-5
Support E8400 CPU

I would prefer a DFI LT X38-T2R straight up. I will pay with cash in full, but I also have a 112SP version of a 8800GTS 640MB that I could offer in trade as well (see SKYMTL's review of it, it's NOT the regular 640MB, it has 16 more stream processors).
