Default WTB: Cheap laptop for kid - Also DDR2 Ram & Maybe dirt cheap GPU

Looking for a cheap laptop that can play Minecraft decently for my neighbors grandkid. Preferably under $200.

I'm also digging thru my basement for old parts to possibly build the kid a desktop instead. I think all I would need is some DDR2 ram if all the parts I think I have are still functional. 2x2GB should do it. Don't care what speed. I believe the Core 2 Duo I might have doesn't have onboard GPU so I will need a crap GPU if anyone has one available. It'd be awesome if one person had both gpu and ram since the parts themselves are likely worth less than what the shipping would be.

I have crap but working AMD GPU (DELL desktop pull). Let me check for DDR2 RAM first though. I think I have it hiding somewhere in my basement. I will PM you with details. No charge for parts, just pay the shipping. Building PC for a kid is most rewarding.

How did this work out for you?

If it is for kids I have a 8750 tricore 2x2gb ddr2 and micro mobo with onboard 8200 sitting in the other room. Yours for shipping.
Catch is I leave the country here this week for vaca, but if interested drop me a PM and I will hit you up when I get back. 3 weeks

Sorry, I only got some DDR, not DDR2. Videocard is working, it is PCIe, but it is way older/slower than 7770.
