i offered him a x1950xt but he doesn't want "old tech", which i understand except it will beat most of the cards in its price range

X1950XT isnt old tech .. maybe a year or so, but i can play BF2 maxed out on my 19 inch LCD monitor

when i had mine Overlcoked i was abble to beat Para_frank setup which used at that time 2x 8600GT in sli in 3d Mark 05

yeah well i cant force people to buy my stuff(at a good price IMO). i guess since its not dx10 its old tech. i play cod4 at low/medium at 1920x1200 on my 24in lcd and it looks good and runs smooth.

8800gts blows that car away no problem as i did my research...

My goal is to play crysis at DX10 with low settings
