Default [GTA/Hamilton] Tons of AMD GPUs (6970s, 79xxs), 1000W Silver PSU, CPU+Mobo

READ CAREFULLY! SOME CARDS HAVE NOTED FAN FAILURES! Most of these fan failures are easily replaced by strapping on an 80 or 92 mm fan with cable ties, which will cost you all of $5-10 depending on which you choose. I just don't have the time to fix these, and I want to get rid of them already.

LOCAL PICKUP IN HAMILTON AREA (45 min from Toronto) SAVE $10 PER ITEM
I TAKE BITCOIN!

Interesting...I wonder why it seems to always be the rear fan to go?

Not totally sure -- it was more random on the Gigabyte Windforce cards.

I think these are all still under warranty too, so if you want to pay me for the RMA (probably $20-30 to ship to the US) I'll RMA them and have them sent to your house, but honestly it's cheaper and faster to just cable tie an 80mm ball bearing/fluid bearing fan to them (plus they run cooler, plus you can reuse the fan later if the card were to ever die eventually).

I actually really recommend adding 80mm fans instead of the stock fans, because a good 80mm (with ball or fluid bearings) will last an extremely long time and is usually quieter than the reference fans too. The sapphire ref fans for Dual-X cards are especially prone to failure, even after only a couple of months of normal usage.

People have asked me if I've used these for mining and yes, they were used undervolted for the past 12 or so months on and off. Most of them never saw more than 75C, so they were babied. People may have reservations about the quality of 28 nm GPUs that are used for mining, but of 20 or so GPUs I've had I've had zero failures of cards from the core (many, many fans and a few MOSFET failures).
