Is Conroe and DDR2 obsolete???
Never expected these would sell for less or compare to AM2+ and DDR prices.

Wouldnt call it obsolete just yet. :) However i would say it is close.
Still very viable for budget builds and maybe even to an extent light lower resolution gaming?

I still use Q6600/Q9550 for 1080p gaming. The Q6600 is a little weak for BF3 multiplayer at higher settings but for the most part it still very viable with high end GPU's. Even though synthetics laugh at it.

I'd of thought someone would have jumped all over that Q6600 by now.

And on the off chance the good Dr's feedback is holding anyone back, I for one can say he is a first class trader in my books. Had nothing but great service and experience in all of our trades over the years.
