Thanks to everyone who sent me an offer.

I need a phone to check my personal email at my new job since all webmail access is blocked.

I'm looking for an unlocked, preferably rooted phone in the $100-$200 range.

There are lots of "chinese" android phones that you can get for under $100 with tons of features. They are not to be compared with brands like Samsung mind you but they are great phones for under $100. I'd recommend the y9300+ but they seem to be sold out everywhere. They commonly have dual sim cards, come unlocked and have features like OTA TV. Check out this site for an idea of whats out there.

There are tons of name brand unlocked phones on Ebay for under $200. I got a HTC Raider LTE for $170 to my door and that was unlocked a well. Lots of last years models cheap.

Thanks for the advice guys. Ebay seems like a good start, but I haven't had time to compare the myriad models listed.

I'm hoping someone at HWC has an old phone they don't need anymore.
