To any potential buyers out there, I have purchased two of these bundles as well as a gpu from zoob. Both were shipped very quickly, hardware was in pristine condition. For the price, you really cant go wrong.

Probably, though I believe Samsung is committed to a new firmware update to improve upon this. I have another one running in my Windows PC as the "data" drive and haven't had/noticed any issues with it since the last "fix", but my usage pattern is not very IO intensive (simple HDD imaging and DVD duplication).
