:haha:Recycled thread,I'm now looking for a socket A/462 motherboard,mine has developed a bulged cap,figures,lol.Cheaper the better of course(no swollen/bulged caps either) shipped,I can pay via EMT.
Must be able to run a 333 fsb cpu.Thanks.

I have a de lidded (and not chipped) XP-4000 week 15. As far as I remember was a great clocker for the time.

Got your PM, replying in the thread to see if anyone can verify/offer opinions on what I have.

I believe both of these processors are 333fsb (2167mhz) due to the 'D' at the end of the part numbers AXDA3000KV4D. If i recall correctly the 400fsb (2100mhz) chips ended with an 'E'. Anyone with a better memory than me able to verify?

I seem to remember a lot of BS going around about the PCB colour - I don't recall what people claimed the colour meant but I do recall AMD saying it meant that they used 2 different colour pcbs and nothing more. So I guess you should pick based on what goes best with your drapes or eye colour or something.

It is actually the dictionary your browser is using. idk about others, but with firefox you can get a Canadian english dictionary.

YGPM and now you got another PM with many options haha

the 400MHz FSB was available only on the highest end Bartons , the 3000+ and 3200+ but in reality the 3000+ with 400 FSB was nowhere in sight, leaving just the 3200+ to the task.
