Get a venture one account with Canada post, it's free. You save 8 percent and get the same thing as an express post super cheap, and first 100 dollars is insured automatically:

I can usually ship motherboards via Venture One to Ontario for $15 or less. YMMV.

Just going to drop my 2cents too(threadcrap?) But use Canada Post. Highest I've ever paid to vancouver was $25 for a an overpackaged box that could've fit 6 mobos and was Xpresspost. $40 doesn't sound right at all
