My System Specs

Default Gameport to USB or anything with Gameport

I got nostalgic and bought an old Gravis joystick like i used to have. I still love it, but my existing gameport to usb adapter is passive and doesnt work at all. Anyone have such an adapter? or even a really old sound card? lol... Let me know.

Uppity.
Fyi, passive adapters will Not work. Needs to be one of the ones with a toggle switch and a slightly bigger dongle. Anyone have an old sound blaster live? Lol...

Really? The source? Would you happen to have a model number or any details about it?

@Arinoth: thanks in advance for checking.

It's a Sector 7 USB Gameport Adapter model #2600164A. I did a quick search and it doesn't seem to be available anymore.

Don't suppose you'd part with yours? Lol... I found one on Amazon that might do the trick. I'll wait another day to see a good or cheap offer crops up before buying it.

Funny you should ask. Guess what I just found in my ex-brother-in-law's old P3 system. Soundblaster Live 5.1. Model number on PCB is SB0220.

Let me know if you want it.
