in the video card section, I'm looking for a used 6870 or 5870. In terms of brand preference, I like Asus, Gigabyte (open to other brands if the price is right).

Located in Brampton, Ontario. Can meet up in Brampton or YorkU, also open to shipping the card from other parts of Canada. Can pay via Paypal, and I think EMT (will check with my bank).

I had picked up a used 550 ti for MARSTG earlier last year, i was upgrading from a 9800 Gt as well. There was no point of me going any higher as id likely be bottled necked by my C2D but i must say, the performance increase was nice. No regrets. Considering that you're running an I5 760. Why not pick up The MSI HD 7770 that b1lk1 is selling in his thread. 80 bucks is a great price and well with in the performance range you have.
