No, the software is still available to go with the remaining card. I actually live in the north end of toronto but work in mississauga.

I am able to meet pretty much anywhere in the GTA if someone is interested in the card.

To further clarify, I have the original cooler for the card which will allow it to be replaced in the event of warranty requirements.
