My System Specs

Default (GVR) $60 MAX Nvidia GPU

Hey HWC,

I'm looking for a video card for a friend of mine. Something along the lines of the 8800GT, but will also consider 9800GT/9800GTX/9800GTX+/GTS250/9600GT/8800GS/9600GSO/GTX260 if priced accordingly.

Our budget is $60 MAX.

Transferable warranty would be nice, but not required.

**Will pay extra for it though.

Local only (Vancouver, Burnaby, New West... Greater Vancouver Region)

Thank you for looking!

I have an EVGA 9600 GSO which is right now sitting in my room PC. No warranty sorry, my idiot of a brother didn't register it within the 30 days. All I can tell you about it is that it's been well kept, dusted from time to time and I don't believe it's ever been overclocked or stressed. If interested, just drop me a PM and i'll get back to you as soon as possible.

why is everybody buying pre-Fermi cards all of a sudden? A GT430 should have output comparable with 9800GT in folding, minus the power consumption, if that is what people are buying it for.

Because they can be had for relatively cheap and still perform quite well.

Bumps!!! Keep the offers coming!
