Everything comes with original retail box + stock coolers/heatsinks, with the exception of the ram which doesn't come with the retail clamshell.

msi 570 wouldn't happen to be a N570GTX-M2D12D5 would it?

Yes it's the M2D12D5 but it is the reference 570 pcb and it comes fitted with the reference waterblock already.
