Looking for a reference GTX580 1.5GB, or even better if it has a waterblock already on it.

Has to run at least 797MHz on the core and 2025MHz on the memory stable to match my EVGA SC card.

Ideally $400 shipped, or less. Obviously the price will be higher if you can include a fullcover waterblock with it.
