I can suggest what I use, as it does what you would like it to do and more.

Newegg.ca - MOTOROLA T505 Bluetooth In-Car Speakerphone Handsfree Car Kit

It will do bluetooth hands free as well as stream music from AD2P from a cell phone or music player through to the FM of a car's sterio and allow you to control it through the device itself. I have it and I absolutely love it, the battery last rather long, the one I got came with a car charger and with now getting a usb mini to micro adapter I can use it to charge my phone when the battery gets low. I've used it to make hand free calls, to play music from my Galaxy S, and even as a GPS when I was going somewhere new.

Correction, looks like the Motorola Roadster is the replacement for this thing, at a retail level. Looks like its gotten a nice upgrade in features, sound and looks.

You should also be able to use a stereo that supports USB mass storage, that way you can charge it, and stream music over USB at the same time.

I have 12GB (6 x 2GB) of DDR3 I pulled from my desktop recently since it was replaced. The RAM is made by Elpida. 1.5V, 1333MHz. It's useless to me now. PM me if interested.
