I have a question about the fan controllers. will this enable me to plug my fan directly into the controller to adjust my speeds , I ask this because my water cooled fans are the three plugin type and are plugged into my MotherBoards cpu fan plugin but when My cpu heats up they stay the same speed which suck for me

yes you plug fan directly into controler

you can even connect temp probes to heatsink
