Other than looks, watercooling isn't necessary on the SR-2s, as you're limited by the fsb for overclocking. Two decent aftermarket heatsinks is all you need to max out the board - and a case with decent airflow.
Two 5639's or 5645's can be had "on the cheap" these days.. I sold the pairs for $600 and $800 respectively, and prices have dropped past that now. I have RAM for the system if anyone is interested.
If you did plan on watercooling, the board will take most standard 1366 socket waterblocks. Check on EVGAs forums for any compatibility before buying
