1.) Buffalo Select 2x 1GB PC2-5300 SODIMM. 200-pin 667 MHz - $30
- copy of original sales invoice from nxsource (ncix affiliate) will be included for Buffalo's lifetime warranty.

Never had a problem with these; had them installed and running dual channel in my former HP DV1650. Put the 512MBs back in the old HP and handed it down to my niece last Sept. These have been unused since.
