Zotac mini-itx board
 

Looking for a mitx board from Zotac, Ion-based.

No LGA1156 / LGA775 boards, only on-board chips - preferably a N330 Atom.
Must have a PCI-e slot, minimum 4x.
WLAN not required - ie. I won't pay more for this option.
DDR2 is a must.

Contenders could be the Zotac IONITX-F-E, Zotac NM10-B-E.
