The one I have is a replacement AC adapter. Model PA1650-02C. 18.5V with 3.5A.

I just tested it on my netbook which requires 19V input and it works fine. I know the notebook I used it for required 4.5A input and again, it worked fine there too. I sure wish they would force standardization for laptop power adapters......

usually its better if the numbers on the bottom either match or are so close they're basically an approximation.

though, having said that, ive used one ibm ac adapter on anything from p2/3's till later gens without issues

NCIX.com - Buy Antec NP90 Universal 19V 4.74A Notebook Laptop AC Power Adapter - NP90 In Canada.

print that off, take it to staples, get them to price match it, so it would be $40 ship.. and then you get 10% off the $50 difference, so $5 back so it ends up being $35 plus tax

its what i did to replace the power adapter on my Acer netbook when it got lost, though you will need to tap the end on it as its not a very good connector system

powersupply is only 19v, will not change to others but since thats what you need
