Scythe HDD Enclosures

Amazing how stuff builds up when you turn your back. I'm hoping to experiment/branch out a little in the months to come, so selling some of this stuff will force my hand a little. Proceeds will probably go towards Bulldozer or Sandy Bridge, thus perpetuating the vicious cycle even further.

Willing to consider local meetings, but work and school have been quite busy lately, so my availability may be limited. Scythe "Fanless HDD Box" - Apparently, even Scythe couldn't be arsed to give this a proper product name, which is strange considered the weird names they give all the rest of their stuff. Anyway, nice units, I used them in an open-bench setup for a year and a half, and despite me not bothering to have any fan blowing over them, they had no trouble moving the heat away from my two WD Black 640's, while taking a pretty serious bite out of the seek noise. Not sure if these are even for sale anymore - it was hard enough to find them at the time. $20 each, or $30 for both.

HK3.0 Cu has been taken down, as it's come to my attention that it may actually be missing a few washers designed to prevent metal-mobo contact. Not a likely issue, and easy enough to remedy, but it's not the sort of thing I like sending out to someone else to deal with.

I'm going to hold off on parting out the headphone setup, I'm afraid. The package is basically nearly-new right now, so I'd like to keep everything together.

I wanted the comfortable srh840 pads :( I have the little brother SRH440 (easily worth over 100$ CAD, and it has no extra earpads GREAT DEAL! the SRH840 is da SH!T !)

lemme know if you change your mind, I doubt someone wouldn't buy these because there is no extra earpads... I'd also take the used earpads if you want
