Was capable of 4 GHz on 1.328v, but has become a lot more voltage hungry TBH, so I don't really know how much would be needed now to get 4 GHz completely stable. IIRC, has seen 4.4 GHz on air doing a couple suicide runs for a bench thread a while back, I think it probably has some potential if put under the cold.

Frequencies achieved with this processor and hardware combination may not be attainable with other hardware combinations. Previously attained frequencies are not guaranteed in any way even with this hardware combination; YMMV.

I still have the o.g. box, manual, and unused stock cooler.

Very nice board, was $300 new after tax + S&H when I got it new. It is the board I used with the above mentioned E8400, performed very well if I might say so myself -- and flashing it to the Rampage Formula BIOS gave many more BIOS options that were supposedly only available on the X48 board. There are newer versions of the RF BIOS out now, but I've been too lazy to re-flash it. Very easy to do using a bootable USB stick and AFUDOS.

Comes with everything it came with new, with the exception of a couple SATA cables: I'm only including two since I am using the others in my rig right now and replacing them would be a royal pain in the rear.

It's got a little dust, but otherwise it works fine.

Although I've only ran them at stock speeds since I'm too lazy to fiddle with all the intricacies of overclocking RAM (tRAS tCAS tREF tRAS-to-CAS and all that stuff or whatever), although they're supposed to be very decent overclockers. I accept Paypal, EMT, and money orders. I will only ship items once I have received payment. My heatware is under Moneyless. All prices are "OBO" unless stated otherwise, any lowball offers will be completely ignored. DIBS via PM can and will be held for a couple of days.

Options for shipping are Canada Post Expedited Parcel US (~9 Business days) or Xpresspost (~4 Business days, depending on location); ETA estimations are provided by Canada Post, not me. The post office closes at 5:45PM EST, any item which I have received payment for before 5:00PM EST will be shipped the same business day unless stated otherwise. The post office is closed on weekends (SAT/SUN). Both shipping methods include tracking.

Items will be shipped in a cardboard box with Styrofoam "peanuts" (Also called "packing-nuts/peanuts."), "airpacks", or bunched up heavy "kraft" paper.

Terms of Sale:
