ZOTAC IONITX-A-U Atom N330 WiFi N Motherboard Kit - SOLD. This goes for about 200-220$ retail + taxes.
It runs stable overclocked at 2.0GHz, can be run passively cooled or actively cooled (as pictured below). It includes the wifi atenna, the power brick and the cpu/motherboard combo. The fan shown IS NOW included. This is the same system used in my sega genesis build which was great except for the fact that i didnt have the right tools and the case kinda looked crappy in the end. I have a FireGL T2-128.
Although I'm pretty sure even with a higher end AGP card they won't be able to play HD video.
i had a pentium D with a 8400GS and i struggle to play 720P with CoreAVC.
