[WTB] GTA matx video card with digital (DVI or HDMI) output capable of 1080p

I just got a new toshiba hdtv and got a kick in the rear when I found out it won't take 1080p over the vga output on my motherboard, so I'm now looking for any low profile video card with a digital output (other than displayport) capable of displaying 1080p and smoothly playing back 1080p videos (without acceleration). Must not be louder than a stock intel cooler at around 1k rpm (soft whooshing sound, not distracting), act buggy in any way, or have been used in a smoking environment etc. Preference on native hdmi out so I won't have an adapter sticking out the back. My budget is around $30~ish, would prefer local deals but will also accept shipped stuff, shipped at seller's expense. Thanks.

for low profile video card, do you mean the ones with low profile bracket or just small and quiet?

the ones with a smaller bracket, for use in a micro atx case :)

edit: don't wanna make another post here, I've got the gigabyte gt210 for $45-$20MIR on EBP from ncix right now ($27.25 total), will complete order on wednesday night if I don't get any (better) offers here :)
